Pulse Scrubs Returns / Exchange Policy

At Pulse Scrubs, we are committed to delivering premium-quality medical wear designed for comfort, durability, and performance. If your order isn't the perfect fit, we're here to help. To ensure a smooth experience for all customers and maintain fairness, the following terms apply to all Cash on Delivery (COD) orders.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges under the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • All tags, packaging, and labels must be intact
  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery

We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these criteria.

2. Exchange Policy

We highly recommend exchanges for:

  • Size issues
  • Fit concerns
  • Color swaps (subject to availability)

Process:

  • Submit a request via our support channel (Instagram / Email / Website)
  • Our team will confirm availability and guide you through the process.
  • Once the item is received and inspected, your replacement will be dispatched.

Charges:

  • Delivery charges apply for exchange (both ways)

3. Return Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • Defective product
  • Incorrect item received

If approved, you may choose between:

  • Store Credit
  • Refund (processed within 7–10 working days after approval)

4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items that are worn, washed, or damaged by customer
  • Customized / embroidered scrubs (name embroidery)
  • Items purchased on final sale / clearance
  • Requests made after 3 days of delivery

5. Shipping & Handling

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is from our side
  • Pulse Scrubs is not liable for lost return shipments
  • We recommend using a trackable courier service

6. No "Change of Mind" Returns on COD

COD orders are not eligible for return due to change of mind.

This includes:

  • "I don't like it"
  • "Color is different from expectation"
  • "Ordered by mistake"

We strongly recommend reviewing:

  • Size chart
  • Product details
  • Color options before placing a COD order

7. Exchanges Allowed (Size/Fit Only)

We allow one-time exchange on COD orders for:

  • Size issues
  • Fit concerns

Conditions:

  • Request must be made within 3 days of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unwashed, with tags intact
  • Exchange is subject to stock availability

Charges:

  • Delivery charges apply for exchange (both ways)

8. Defective or Incorrect Item (Our Responsibility)

If you receive:

  • A defective product
  • Wrong item

We will:

  • Offer free exchange or replacement
  • Cover all delivery charges

Proof (photos/videos) must be provided within 24 hours of delivery.

9. Refusal at Delivery (Strict Policy)

Refusing a confirmed COD order at doorstep is considered a policy violation.

  • Customers who refuse delivery may be:
    • Blacklisted from future COD orders
    • Required to place prepaid orders only

10. Repeat Offenders

Customers with a history of:

  • Order cancellations
  • Parcel refusals

may have:

  • COD option disabled permanently
  • Orders automatically cancelled

11. Why This Policy Exists

As a growing brand, each shipment involves:

  • Production cost
  • Logistics cost
  • Operational handling

Unverified COD orders create losses that impact our ability to maintain premium quality and fair pricing.
