SHIPPING POLICY

At Pulse Scrubs, we offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders across Pakistan.

PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday). Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery within Pakistan takes 3-5 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Multan, Faisalabad): 2-3 business days

Other Cities: 3-5 business days
Remote Areas: 5-7 business days

COURIER PARTNERS
We ship through trusted courier partners including TCS and Trax to ensure safe and timely delivery.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and email. You can use this to track your shipment in real-time.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS
Our courier partner will make 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful after 2 attempts, the order will be returned to us. Return shipping charges may apply.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. Pulse Scrubs is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@wearpulse.net with photos of the damaged package and product. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently ship to Pakistan and Qatar. For Qatar orders, shipping rates and delivery times may vary. Contact us at info@wearpulse.net for international shipping inquiries.
